Stony
Knoll Vineyards is very active in the wedding
ceremony and reception business. The vineyard is a designer vineyard
nicely planned on a 48.5 acre estate along a winding road entrance
to a 2-floor brick French chateau style winery and tasting/events
room. The vineyard does provide accommodations with an arbor
system, tables and chairs, a 1930 A-model “woody” for
bride transportation from the honeymoon lodge to the ceremony
location on the vineyard. The Wine
Lodge is available for
overnight stay before the honeymoon travels the next day.
The
winery provides eight different types of wines. A blend can be specially
decanted for your own particular event. The winery also provides
an extraordinarily beautiful European glass art wine bottle filled
the week of the event just for your wedding ceremony.
The entire package can be ordered or it can be
customized for your plans.
See our Premium and Platinum plans for
details.
The
vineyard also can assist in obtaining other vendors such as great caterers
and tent providers. Let Stony Knoll know if we can be of assistance! |

The Stony Knoll Vineyards Memory Bottle (SKVMB)
was developed to signify and memorialize “that moment” or
a special time in one’s life in celebration of human achievement
or notable moments for humanity.
The winery researched packaging systems
and art for 2 years in its attempt to discover an appropriate container
for some of the vineyard's best vintages. The winery found hand-crafted
European glass art bottles for this assignment. The chosen glass
art design is described as a 1 container/ 2 compartment/ 2 cork enclosure
system. The glass art bottle is a frosted 500 ml container
with a long narrow neck, a wide burgundian base, and a clear glass
opening with a view of an inside glass grape bunch with a green glass
leaf.
The
interior glass grape is filled with Stony Knoll Vineyards late harvest
cabernet franc wine. The main bottle is filled with Stony Knoll Vineyards
late harvest chardonnay. These grapes are frozen and thawed with the
most concentrated grapes retained and the excess water extracted. This
process creates a very rich wine for an after-dinner cap or a special
toast. |
